BOOKEEPING -

Our growing multi-office physician practice located in the I-10/Memorial area in Houston, Texas is seeking a Bookkeeper competent with General Ledger and Financials.  Successful candidate must be a “numbersâ€� person who can think analytically.

 

Job Description:

· Preparation of monthly financials in Great Plains software as required by consulting CPA

· Journal Entries

· Bank Reconciliation

· Review and Posting of AP batches

· Quarterly inventory processing

· Preparation of various reports for Office Administrator and CPA

· Heavy use of Excel

· Various administrative duties assisting Practice Administrator

 

 

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping background with General Ledger experience

· Knowledge of computer accounting systems (Great Plains software a plus!)

· Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Self-motivated multi-tasker

· Work well within a team or independently
