BILLING CLERK / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE
White Glove Transportation Services is currently offering a career for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / BILLING Associate.

Responsibilities may include: Create and maintain client files; reviewing and verifying customer files; identifying corrections. Serve customers and vendors by researching and responding to inquiries; mailing invoices, records, and reports. Copies, scans, files and faxes correspondence for internal staff Answer and direct all incoming administrative phone calls Special projects as assigned Position includes placement in Employee Advancement Program: Entry Level to International Operations Associate
Requirements: Minimum education level: High School diploma or GED award. Ability to effectively use a PC, including a working knowledge of MS Office Suite (ACCESS / WORD / EXCEL), E-mail, and Internet/Web Browsers. Excellent Research Skills, Organization, Customer Focus, General Math Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Administrative Writing Skills, Verbal Communication, Attention to Detail.
