JOB DESCRIPTION

·  Outside Sales Representative

·  Selling business products to small, medium and large businesses.

·  Generate sales revenue from new business.  New business will be developed by Prospecting, telephone, and networking in a defined geographical area.

 

TRAINING

·  Formalized corporate training in Fairlawn, Ohio.  Training will include sales model as well as product and process training.

·  Ongoing training consists of weekly training session that include role plays and continued product training

·  Field training with Sales Manager

 

 

COMPENSATION

·  Quotas are $2k for SR 1, $2.5k for SR 2 and $3k for SR3.

·  $2K Quota @ 100% = $75K

·  $2.5K Quota @ 100% = $90K

·  $3K Quota @ 100% = $110K

·  Auto/Gas Reimbursement: $$$ is Market Specific

·  Full Benefits – Health, 401k, Vacation

·  Base Salary $30-35,000, plus commissions & bonuses

 

CAREER GROWTH

·  Can get promoted from Sales Rep. 1 to Sales Rep. 2 to Sales Rep 3 all by producing quota.  Base salary goes up between $5k to $10k on each promotion. Income grows from SR1 $75k at plan to $SR3 $110k at plan.

·  Sales Management will be promoted from within.  This is the culture they have been successful with.  Average income for SM is in excess of $115k

· We are opening up 10 to 15 new offices over the next 24 months and they will look to promote Top Producers into these opportunities.

·  There are other career paths such as Sales Application Engineers and Agent Managers that are Sales leadership roles that we will look to promote from within.
