As an Aviation Operations Analyst you will also oversee the overall staffing and scheduling of an hourly staff, as well their training and development. You will also be responsible for process development in order to maximize the productivity of the work force, including developing training modules for the implementation of new processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing all facets of product delivery. This will included developing a daily scorecard to support station leadership in assessing the success of the account. This is a very visible position and requires good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. This position will vary between 2nd and 3rd shift and will require weekend and holiday work. You will have 18 direct reports. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services. Strong organization, leadership, time management and team motivation skills are essential for success in this role. A focus on safety is a must. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required. Aviation and/or Contract-managed service experience is desirable. High school degree required.
