M/F/D/V.Position OverviewConsulting position for Communications Practice with primary responsibilities including: writing employee communication material, proofreading, project management for small to medium clients, and, developing proposals and presentations.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:• Writing, editing, and proofreading employee communications and training materials for clients with regard to benefits, compensation, and other HR topics• Participation in facilitation of internal team and external client meetings• Defining key messages and using creativity in presentation ideas• Participation in research and employee feedback projects• Project planning, scheduling, and tracking• Writing, preparing, and presenting reports and proposals• Working with external designers and production consultants• Assisting Practice with special projects/assignments as needed.
