Assistant Product Analyst

Function:  To maintain responsibility for supporting the Product Development team while learning the techniques used in analyzing and developing the auto products maintained by the department.  Responsibilities/Qualifications:· The assistant will learn to research historical market development, evaluate existing and prospective competition, and analyze market potential. · The assistant will also become familiar with company processes, monitoring ongoing performance and assisting in the preparation and filing of all data required by regulatory agencies.  Requirements: The position requires market awareness.  The position also requires a high degree of analytical ability, numerical comfort and decisiveness.  The individual must be self-motivated and take responsibility, as well as be a team player. Â· Bachelors Degree· Advanced computer skills in MS Access and Excel · Ability to perform basic calculations and numerical analysis EOE M/F/D/V Affirmative Insurance Holdings is the proud parent behind some of the nations' top specialty auto insurance brands.
