POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Help manage the day-to-day operations of the Collections area
Assist with performing audits of department personnel
Handle escalated customer calls in a calm, professional manner
Assure all accounts are properly & quickly reconciled
2 - 5 years prior Collections experience
"Hands-on" position - some Collection calling is required
Microsoft Word & Excel skills required - AS/400 experience a plus
Prior Team Lead or Supervisory experience
Clear, professional communication skills
