Assessment Officer, Client Programs
National Board of Medical ExaminersAssessment Officer, Client Programs We are currently seeking an Assessment Officer, Client Programs to join our organization. Primary duties include, but not limited to: Acts as the representative for NBME to external Collaborates and ensures overall quality of client program across the project team, resolves problems, addresses concerns. Establishes and maintains project plans in close collaboration with clients and staff; establishes and monitors critical milestones, staffing needs and budgetary expenses. Prepares budgets, contracts, and addenda for services. Serves as contact with external groups and individuals for all services provided; represents NBME at professional and client committee meetings. Identifies new client opportunities (new services or new client) and potential challenges. Solicits information from internal and external sources on quality and timeliness of service. Key Deliverables include, but not limited to: Program plan implemented as specified in the contract Proposals for prospective clients developed, priced, documented and delivered on time Errors and problems with external programs resolved promptly or effectively triaged to appropriate units Contracts, addenda, and program budgets prepared and monitored Quality improvement goals developed and met High level of accessibility to external customers and internal team members maintained Best practice protocols and procedures established and maintained Job Requirements include, but not limited to: Master's degree More than 5 years and up to 8 years Interpersonal skills ranging from one-on-one interactions to group management Administrative, problem-solving skills, and conflict management needed Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Working knowledge of all aspects of testing Ability to respond to request for proposals both orally and in writing Ability to bring new projects to implementation stageThe NBME, a premier not-for-profit corporation, develops licensure and educational achievement examinations for the health professions and has a major commitment to research and development in evaluation and measurement.
