The Opportunity...
GDI is seeking a qualified Administrative / Customer Support professional with 3+years experience in an administrative or customer support role. Role requires strong detail-orientation, customer focus and multi-tasking in a fast-paced  office environment. . Administrative / Project Support - role requires 70-75% focus on customer calls, various administrative tasks and on-line technology/software programs to support customer account needs. Customer Support - 25-30% focused on customer support and diverse customer-centric tasks.  Technology - Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs (IE: Excel, Word, etc.).on-line software technology and attention to detail. Â
