The Administrative/ Customer Service Representative' s primary focus is building relationships with customers while providing important office support. This position furthermore involves administrative work with sensitive documents as well as answering customer phone calls. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have basic Microsoft Office skills, a High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Exceptional customer service skills are a must! Must be able to pass a credit check. Related administrative experience is preferred. Requires excellent phone skills, including the ability to be professionally assertive.
