Job Description: Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant with outstanding Microsoft Office Suite skills, great customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a winning attitude. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Provide administrative support • Schedule meeting requests • Act as liaison with all internal and external offices • Manage the distribution of office correspondence and incoming calls • Manage projects as designated. Specifically, dealing with administrative and coordination issues • Provide general support, such as administrative duties • Cover for other department assistants as needed REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be organized & have ability to organize others • Understand the importance of client contact/customer service • Advanced communication & writing skills are imperative • Independent thinker, self-starter and self-motivated • Experienced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, & Outlook
