Administrative Assistant - Support A Driven Team! $45-50K + OT + Bonus
Powerhouse investment firm is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support their Marketing team in their Manhattan office. Career Group Inc., leading New York staffing agency, is currently interviewing qualified candidates for this phenomenal role with one of our top clients. In this position, you will manage a high volume of details for this performance driven group of Marketing professionals. Core functions include coordinating calendars and meeting schedules, organizing international and domestic travel plans, preparing and distributing files and reports, and screening all information coming into the office. In additional to general administrative duties, you will also have an opportunity to become increasingly involved in Marketing projects.
Qualifications:
-College degree strongly preferred
-2-5+ years of administrative support experience
-Superior written and verbal communication skills
-Positive, professional demeanor
-Fantastic organizational skills and great attention to detail
-Solid computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Access experience a plus!
