Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Corporate office in Lake Forest, Illinois is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant and Receptionist.  Ideal candidate is a professional, energetic individual with outstanding organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks, support executives, and manage the front lobby area is expected.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: General administrative support to the corporate office staffProcess incoming and outgoing mailMonitor main phone line and distribute messagesGreet all visitors and direct visitors to appropriate individualsCoordinate interior and exterior building maintenance requiredPrimary point of contact for all office shipping and receivingTrack business license renewals
