The Business Services division of ARAMARK provides a wide range of food, facility, and other support services to more than 500 clients in business and industry, at more than 1,400 locations in the U.S. ARAMARK offers Fortune 500 companies and other large and small employers a single-source provider for employee cafés, executive dining rooms, catering, convenience stores, conference center management, and facility management. ARAMARK Business Services is looking for professional leaders committed to providing our customers with unique solutions, outstanding variety, and healthy menu choices to improve the overall well-being and productivity of client locations. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the organizing & supervision of all the administrative functions that facilitate the smooth operation of an office. You will be responsible for: Performing general administrative/office functions. Supervising day-to-day data collection for account. Completing basic accounting reports & Office Accounting (Receivable / Payable). Create & maintain accurate reports for weekly time summary Preparation of monthly management reports Liaise with suppliers Coordinate catering services Assisting unit management in completion of standard monthly management reports. Two years experience of adminstrative experience. Effective oral and written communication skills, sound interpersonal skills, organizational skills, team-playing skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management. · The normal working day for this position is Monday through Friday.· Staff must be fluent in English and able to cover the phone and know how to operate a standard business telephone.·Ability to successfully handle general questions regarding operation and complaints.
