Admin Asst for Leasing

The administrative assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently.  This position serves as information and communication managers for the leasing/office; plans and schedules meetings and appointments; organize and maintain paper and electronic files; manage projects, conduct research; and disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, web sites and email. This position also handles travel and guest arrangements for the retail leasing area. Specific duties as below with the understanding they may vary and other duties will be assigned.

 Provide all administrative support functions for assigned peopleTradeshow CoordinatorMarketing Research for development and retail competiionCoordinate correspondence, data entry, filing, copying, scanningHandle incoming calls for leasing and general companyAssist with distribution of mailCoordinate Travel, conferences and meetingsRun reports, i.e. demographic repots, mapping reorts, sales analysis, and others.Coordinate check requests, marketing material requests.Prepare lease documents

Skills:  Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written as well as  

both internal and external

  Proficient in all areas of Microsoft programs.

  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as discretion, good

judgment, organizational ability, initiative and the ability to work independently are a necessity.
