General Job Description: Log deposit batches in excel for a set of branches Posting deposits in SAP Posting Invoices in SAP Printing batch reports in the internal billing system Record Adjustment Batches General Filing including records retention Perform other ancillary duties conducive to working in an office environment including filing, copying, mailing and sorting daily mail Minimum Qualifications: Minimum experience of 6 months in Accounts Receivable Excellent communication skills 10 key by touch Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs including the ability to operate computerized accounting systems, spreadsheets and e-mail Experience with Lawson or SAP is helpful but not required Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills Must be accurate, dependable, and have a team player attitude Excellent customer service skillsWork Schedule:Business hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
