Account Manager : Support innovative technology, help capture market share, drive growth

This position will put you on the leading edge of a high profile initiative to take innovative technology into a market that has seen little change in at least eight years. In addition to helping us capture significant market share, we expect this technology to drive significant growth, and as you contribute to that growth you will be in a position to take advantage of the "upward draft" of opportunity it creates. Your mission will be to ensure you and your team take a proactive approach to maintaining solid working relationships with clients in local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in the Midwestern Region. This will include providing technical training, assistance, and trouble shooting for electronic monitoring systems. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have demonstrated success in managing client relationships, including interacting with multiple levels within client organizations. We're looking for a professional who is highly responsive, articulate, and able to react to issues that arise with resourcefulness and a sense of urgency. You also will need excellent people management skills.
