Account Manager (Sales Support)

Career Opportunity Available:

The Account Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to: overall sales support, client satisfaction and retention of clients; growing business within current accounts and identifying and developing opportunities to increase Recall's presence/revenue within and across service lines; manage contract renewals and monitors pricing change; organize quarterly or annual business reviews that may involve Recall and client's management teams; other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum 2-5 years experience in direct B2B sales environment, preferably in services environment; A track record of high performance in building client relationships and growing revenue in a client service or sales/service organization. Experienced in account management, client services or similar client focused environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; high energy and resilience; technical expertise in MS products, CRM tools, MS Outlook or call center/help desk environment.
