Account Manager â€“ Recruitment Management Services

The position requires an individual to partner with management, colleagues and clients to support the day-to-day account management and recruiting functions for our emerging organization.

You will lead the functions relating to account management including supporting and expanding current business relationships, oversight of client recruitment efforts and ongoing sales strategy development.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



 

Ø  Work with Executive Management and Recruiting Team to drive our recruitment management services and penetrate new opportunities with existing clients and prospects.

Ø  Deliver presentations to existing and new customers in coordination with management and account managers.

Ø  Review existing customer needs to establish goals in growing business share.

Ø  Meet with existing customers to assist Recruiting Specialists in maintaining, growing, and improving relationships.

Ø  Represent company at trade shows or other industry events to promote the company’s services.

Ø  Reporting and metrics presenting progress account activities, including staffing, account and sales metrics.

Ø  Support the development of strategic sales plan and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Ø  Review market and industry analysis to determine account management, recruitment and sales activity focus.

Ø  Act as liaison between other company departments for account management, recruiting and sales related activities.

Ø  Perform duties as assigned.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  Ø  Bachelors degree.

Ø  Minimum of 3 years successful business-to-business account management experience, preferably in the professional services, staffing, recruiting or related industry.

Ø  Ability to integrate multiple organizational aspects including recruiting personnel, operations, sales, customer service, and marketing.

Ø  Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ø  Knowledge of and communication of contractual terms and conditions.

Ø  Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.

Ø  Self directed and motivated with a passion for producing high quality work.

Ø  Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles.

Ø  PC proficiency in MS Office.
