Main Tasks/Responsibilities: Effectively grow new business opportunities by proactively researching potential leads. Deliver high quality product sales presentations to clients designed to drive new business and up-sell opportunities. Manage all aspects of client relations including processing sales orders, research and resolution of client queries and issues. Develop meaningful client relationships that will drive the utilization of Cision products within client organizations. Ensure the highest level of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction from point of contact through product delivery. Partner with internal resources to be the internal client advocate for all orders and product development enhancements. Experience: 5 years cold calling sales experience Business-to-business sales experience Familiarity with Sales operations cycle (monthly quotas, pipelines, end of month etc.) Concise written and verbal communication skills Must have strong proficiency in basic computer programs, internet, and CRM tools Aggressive and Driven attitude Success and Goal oriented Interest in broadcast, news or media is a plusBachelors Degree or similar level education preferred
