TM Forum is the world's leading trade association that provides leadership & guidance; technical & business innovation and education & training to improve the way telecoms, media and information services are created and delivered.The Account Management Admin position reports to the Global Membership Development Manager.  This position is responsible for providing on-going support to Regional Membership sales teams.  The hours for this position are 7-3, to ensure proper support to Europe.Specific Responsibilities: Assist in creation and on-going updates to Membership Welcome Kit Work with the Regional Membership Development Managers and associated sales force in support of membership acquisition and renewal activities. Maintain member contact details and ensure information in the database is accurate and changes are communicated to the sales teams as required (Principal Contacts, Member Company name changes, etc). Provide Weekly financial reporting on membership activations and renewals Complete Activation process for membership Provide Membership Collections support to sales teams Complete process for Membership Mergers and Acquisitions Ensure sales related collateral and information is available on Collaboration Workspace Periodically check Member Services website pages to ensure information is accurate and up to date Assist sales teams with outreach related activities as required

 

Skill requirements:

 

  Some college level education in a business or technology related field and minimum 3-5 years experience.  Knowledge in information, communications and/or entertainment industry in relation to business and operations related areas 2-3 years business related experience in a customer-facing role Experience in pre-sales/post-sales support role Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Skype. Strong computer skills and ability to use other in-house support and reporting tools. Ability to learn quickly Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures
