Account Development Manager

Experience:

1-3 years of previous sales experience; 6 months customer service experience; Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills; A strong understanding of conference services is highly desirable. 

 

Education

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field is highly desirable

 

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccompany Sales reps on customer callsResponsible for assisting with quota attainment for the Sales Reps that they supportResponsible for regeneration and prospecting in order to help achieve overall numbers including both internal to existing accounts and external prospecting in directed territoriesUnderstand all contract language in order to assist both Reps and customersAssist Sales Reps with service roll outsProvide on-site customer supportAssist with billing reviews and provide billing and credit recommendations to DirectorCoordinate and participate in Trade ShowsAssist with “Lunch and Learn� presentations and other product demonstrations with a focus on the products ability to meet the identified need.Effectively communicate daily with Client Services and Finance in order to provide recommendations to Director regarding needsIdentify and recommend solutions to the Account Executives to assist in overcoming objectionsIdentify multiple Account Executive needs; determine priorities and facilitate/recommend actions needed to support competing needs.
