We are seeking an Account Consultant who will be responsible for managing the day to day relationship of assigned client and provide concierge level service to continuously exceed service expectations. This can be achieved through anticipating customer needs, pro actively managing problems, and establishing outstanding rapport with client representatives. Work to achieve customer’s trust and confidence in our products and services.

 

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and three years business experience in a Client Service Delivery environment.  An understanding of customer service delivery techniques and problem-solving methods are required.  Knowledge of AmeriFleet Field operations, features of service, systems, policies and procedures preferred.  Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products also required.

 

This position would be on site at a client location in Sparks, MD – 25 miles from downtown Baltimore, Owings Mill & White March and 20 minutes from the Mason Dixon line which makes an easy commute for those who reside in Pennsylvania.
