ACCOUNT MANAGER
US-IL-Schaumburg-ACCOUNT MANAGERINSTANT FURNITURE RENTAL is currently seeking an energetic Customer Service / Account Manager for our Schaumburg office. We believe in ultimate customer service and need a dependable person to help us reach our goals.

Our multi-feature business includes furniture leasing to the interim-housing industry and servicing those customers as well as sales of our quality previously leased furniture. Every day brings a new challenge for our team. Whether you are working on closing a large lease or a sale for a $99 table, we approach each situation with high standards for service.
If you are a detail-oriented person who has excellent customer service skills, this is the job for you!
Your Responsibilities Will Be To:
-Generate new business through internet lead follow-up and incoming phone inquiries regarding our services
-Explain to our customers pricing, security deposits, purchase options as well as our delivery procedures
-Enter and edit proposals
-Generate and enter customer leases
-Verify availability of product and establish date of delivery
Requirements
To be considered, the ideal candidate must have:
-At least 1 year of successful inside sales or customer service experience
-Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
-Proficiency with MSWord and MSExcel
-Ability to learn new software
-Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail
