CITY: New York STATE: New YorkCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):This position dual reports into the VP Sales & Marketing and the CMO of iVillage Properties. This position leads the strategic tactical and creative implementation of sales marketing initiatives to generate sales advertising revenue for iVillage Lifestyle and Your Total Health. Sales Marketing serves as the bridge between clients, sellers, account management, design, consumer marketing, technical production, editorial and research. Lead the development of creative sales solutions that meet the specific business and marketing objectives of customers for multiple content sites. Implement processes to facilitate efficient and timely communication of iVillage Sales Marketing activities to internal groups as well as senior management. Collaborate with Editorial and Consumer Marketing on development of iVillage positioning strategies. Create and deliver both general and major target-specific client presentations. Oversee production process with vendors and sales marketing producers for custom minisites, contests and sweepstakes promotions. Provide direction in the use of metrics, demographic and volumetric research relevant to general presentation materials. Institute and adhere to process to facilitate the most efficient and timely communication between Sales and Editorial on a consistent basis. Evaluate viability of special event trade sponsorships from a sales perspective and manage development Collaborate with Consumer Marketing to develop iVillage trade positioning strategy and trade materials Develop branded sales presentation materials in the form of pitches, collateral, promotional giveaways, etc Working with Research, develop sales strategies for approaching new advertising categories/segments Collaborate on key cross-company initiatives Develop process and lead effort to produce all customized sales requests paying strong attention to both ROI and brand consistencyQualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience at a brand, agency, media company or sales organization, where the individual was leading marketing and sales development activities Minimum Seven years of digital experience Bachelor's degree Eligibility Requirements:Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through nbcunicareers.com to be considered (note job#: 845076).
