CITY: Universal City STATE: CaliforniaCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):The UPI Deep Catalogue Home Entertainment Servicing Scheduler will Support NBC Universal's International Home Entertainment office (UPI) in their licensing of catalogue product for DVD release to third party clients.

Essential Responsibilities of the UPI Deep Catalogue Home Entertainment Servicing Scheduler (and are not limited to) : Conducting a large amount of research on library product. Including, but not limited to: video, audio, subtitles, bonus / added value materials, scripts and publicity materials. Creating client required video and audio masters, respond to rejections, and meet deadlines. Providing any additional materials as required. Coordinating creation of asset submasters and library materials as needed to support our studio library. Must include appropriate technical specifications, utilizing JDE inventory system. Communicating with internal departments such as videotape dubbing room, editing, quality control, and accounting personnel, as well as USHE, UPI and Universal Pictures International Marketing and Operations staff, and TV Distribution. Understanding of various schedules and reports, such as content grids, key date reports, key performance indicators, etc. Providing accurate costs for mastering, duplication, foreign language audio dubbing, work cassettes, subtitling and shipping charges.Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:Must possess a sound understanding of videotape mastering and submastering, to include experience with all HiDef formats, down conversions, standards conversions, aspect ratio conversions, cross conversions and duplication of all formatsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent Must possess knowledge of audio formats.At least 2 years experience in an office environment using Microsoft Word and Excel
