The Human Resources - Staffing & Diversity department is seeking motivated individuals who seek an exciting career in Staffing to experience hands-on recruitment efforts at Sony Pictures Entertainment.


The duties are as follows:

 

Internship Programs Administrator

Provide recruitment support for Credit Internship Program, Summer Diversity Internship Program including scheduling and conducting interviews, creating offer letters, background search processing. Compile weekly intern questionnaires. Administer the Credit Internship program including Quarterly Intern Placement Reports for Risk Management, Intern/ Manager Evaluations distribution and review, placement statistics, etc.

 

Recruitment/Diversity Support

Post job opportunities on various websites. Update SPE jobs website. Maintain diversity calendar. Coordinate job fair logistics (check request, participation facilitation, on-site preparations, fliers, coordination of give-aways, etc.). Development and distribution of community outreach kits. Participate at job fairs. Also may screen applicants for the Summer Diversity Internship program.

 

General Office Administration/Reception Desk

 Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, direct telephone calls; sort mail; order department supplies; PowerPoint presentation design. Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests, reviewing paperwork for completion and setting up applicants for administrative testing


Requirements:

· Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or University

· Be available to work for at least one semester/quarter. 6 months to 1 year preferred

· Strong computer skills required: MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

· Major or Minor in Human Resources preferred

· Be available for at least 20 hours a week

· Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Demonstrated Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple priorities

· Detail oriented and the ability to meet deadlines

· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage changing priorities
