Entriq requires an experienced sales executive to help organize and lead a globally distributed sales team. The role involves full responsibility to establish and deliver the company's worldwide sales goals and objectives. Manages and develops a World class sales team. Creates opportunities for individual growth. Responsible for introduction and evolution of the sales process for all company products and services. Responsible for both Direct and Channel sales. Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and provides the leadership to achieve the short-range and long-range market development objectives and budget targets. Directs the business/market analysis for all worldwide opportunities and oversees development of product, pricing, and service strategies to ensure market penetration, market growth and customer satisfaction. Evaluates all strategic factors which could affect the sales objectives, such as major changes in competitive environment and interacts with the appropriate functions within the company to ensure that this knowledge is used effectively. Collaborates with marketing department to raise Entriq's profile with key decision makers in the market segments we identify. Drives sales team to identify, collect, filter, allocate, organize and qualify sales leads and prospects using salesforce.com and other tools that may be applicable. Required Skills
Tools, Reporting, and Strategic Analysis: Lead Budget Development, quota allocation, and territory Initiatives Establish and monitor achievement of sales quotas that reflect the current market opportunity. Establish appropriate performance measures for regional sales management, account executives and sales support staff for tracking progress against targets and strategic objectives (e.g. Named accounts, account planning, sales pipeline and forecasts, market vertical development). Ensure that forecast and pipeline reporting is accurate, consistent, detailed and relevant while continuing to improve the process over time. Deliver properly qualified leads into the Bid Review process to ensure operational effectiveness and provide advance warning or resource demands and deviations from standard products. Conduct win/loss analysis and use the outcome to the betterment of the organizations' capabilities. Ensure that the sales team is adequately trained, empowered by appropriate collateral and equipped to win. Ensure consistency of reporting among the regions worldwide. Support the development of an expense budget that is in alignment with strategic and financial objectives of Entriq. Monitor cost-of-sales to ensure that resources are spent in proportion to the opportunity. Ensure that sales technologies and systems support the global strategy. This includes but is not limited to: CRM systems; sales process automation; training tools; price configurations; & sales collateral (proposal central and lead management). Create forecasts for to help introduce new products. Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree (MBA is an asset). 7+ years experience in a VP/Executive role. Proven success in Global Sales Management. Must have experience in the Broadcast or Streaming Media industry selling technology related services. Experience in establishing and entrenching sales processes, continuous improvement, pipeline management, solutions selling, channel management, and market segmentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing an Account Management team. Participation in Strategy development and execution. Understanding and experience in project management methodology. Background of introducing performance metrics and improvement programs. Ability to build and implement strategic and tactical measurement systems. Experience building Sales compensation plans. Must have experience with a CRM, Salesforce is preferred.
