Sr. Process Analyst, MIS Applications

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Sr. Process Analyst – MIS Applications for the Corporate Projects department. Position will document process maps and Statements of Work. Help to establish metric / performance reporting (gathers and enters / maintains metrics), and ensure business viability of service levels. Implement service level reporting for clients. Perform capacity and demand planning with PMO – Forecast customer demand for all in-scope and new services. Coordinate services, projects, and plans within BU to ensure priorities are addressed appropriately. Participate in ensuring regulatory compliance. Create testing materials, monitor and report on results. Organize and manage training materials. Provides updates to Training Materials and desktop procedures. Assist with monitoring the project plan, and creation of deliverables. Proactively advises management of slippage or potential delays / quality issues. Documents contingency plans. Participates in all workshops/meetings; prepares proper documentation for communication of results, as appropriate. Participates in acceptance test planning and execution. Creates test scripts and manages the reporting of expected to actual results. Participates in Training and knowledge transfer; serves as a trainer. Oversee deployment staff activities on behalf of Process Lead Ensures timely completion of all deliverables. Responsible for tracking open issues, ensures timely resolution and/or escalation. Monitor user satisfaction and provide remediation. Reconcile projected resource baseline with actual utilization. Review and monitor change management process and escalation procedures. Participate in continuous improvement of relevant Service Levels. Assist with work plan creation, administration and reporting. Participate in regular service reviews; manage and audit performance and productivity relative to Service Levels. Interface with Financial Management to analyze performance outcomes. Oversee tests of Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Plan. Provide early warning regarding degrading or missed Service Levels. Facilitate baseline review / update processes. Prepare deliverable and presentation drafts. Coordinate Super User activities.

Requirements
CPA, PMI preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Six Sigma and other quality management skills / certifications preferred. 3-6 years process design, development, re-engineering. Controls analysis and implementation. Consulting. General knowledge of all processes in scope, with specific knowledge of customer operations. Problem determination and root cause analysis experience. Negotiation skills. Project management experience. Problem management experience. Knowledge of SAP. Microsoft office suite of tools. Must have excellent time management skills to perform in a fast-paced, high pressure, high volume environment. Available to support special extended hours to support critical periods. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone. Must be able to reason through issues and resolve problems and work well under time constraints. Must be a team player and be flexible. Must be a motivated, confident self-starter.
