Senior Internal Auditor - Los Angeles

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
* Plan and perform operational, financial and compliance audits under the supervision of an Audit Manager, including:
o Process mapping
o Risk and control identification
o Audit test design and execution
o Audit documentation
o Report writing
* Identify business and process improvement opportunities
* Interact with various levels of business unit personnel
* Perform special projects
* Support recruiting activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* B.S./B.A., Accounting or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred)
* Strong financial, accounting and internal control background
* Working knowledge of GAAS and GAAP
HIGHLY DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* M.S. or MBA
* CPA or CIA
* Additional related private industry experience, including international and IT auditing
* Knowledge of ACL, Visio and other audit automation or data mining tools
