Senior Financial Analyst, Investor Relations

Job Description:

* Perform industry analyses related to Time Warner's businesses and its competitors:
Competitive Analyses:
- Track analyst estimates/expectations for peer companies
- Summarize peer earnings and investor presentations
- Perform analyses related to various divisions - e.g. comparisons between internet companies, film studios, etc.
Time Warner Analyses:
- Track analyst estimates/expectations for Time Warner and its divisions
- Perform various ad hoc analyses

* Assist the team in preparation for quarterly earnings:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing earnings documents
- Understand drivers of quarterly results and perform miscellaneous analyses
- Review SEC filings and prepare support documents for IR team
- Assist in preparing support materials for executives and IR team

* Assist the team in preparation for investor conferences and meetings:
- Assist in creating presentations and support materials for executives and IR team in preparation for investor meetings and conferences.

* Work with other corporate groups to gather information.


Qualifications:

BS in Accounting or Finance
2-4 years of finance or accounting-related experience
High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Detail Oriented
