Secretary

CITY: Universlal City STATE: CaliforniaCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):This person would report to the showrunner of Law & Order: CI; very busy desk, manage the day-to-day administrative functions, and would interact with all personnel internally, and with agents, producers, writers, directors and talent externally on productions.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Provide administrative and personal support. Determine importance of meeting requests and schedule accordingly. Arrange travel and all accommodations including comprehensive and detailed itineraries. Act as liaison with all internal and external offices. Manage the distribution of office correspondence and incoming calls. Manage special projects as designated, specifically, dealing with administrative and coordination issues. Manage all incoming submissions as needed. Provide general support for other administrative duties, and execute professional assignments.Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:1+ years experience in production environment required, television production a plus.Minimum 1-year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
