Sales Assistant

Premiere Radio Networks is looking for a qualified individual to join our LA sales support team. This entry-level position provides the opportunity to build a strong foundation for anyone looking to break into the exciting world of advertising and media sales and marketing. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate, preferably with a bachelor's degree in media or marketing. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle many projects at once and work independently.

Job Description:Report to 2-3 senior national account managers responsible for high-profile accountsGenerate sales contractsCompile post-analysis information on advertising schedulesAssist with the preparation of sales presentations and research reportsPossess excellent oral and written communication skills for response to customer inquiriesPrepare sales expense reports and maintain weekly reports

Job Requirements:

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management. The ideal candidate will be an effective listener and communicator; be resourceful and proactive while consistently demonstrating the ability to work independently and as a team player. Must project a professional and positive demeanor. Media or advertising experience preferred.
