Retail Customer Service Representative
POSITION TYPE: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/ProjectJOB CATEGORY: Customer Support/Client CareEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 10.00 - 14.00 USD /hour Retail Customer Service Representative The Dealer Support Retail Services Representative supports inbound calls from Residential, Commercial, Multi-Dwelling Unit, and dealers through the Retail Services Hot Line and E-mail correspondence. Follows established procedures to support the inbound calls, emails and faxes from Retail Dealers. The Dealer Support Retail Services position answers questions regarding commissions, activates dealer showroom accounts, supports the Dealer Website, and assists with national promotions. Projects are an integral part of this job. Projects include but are not limited to: Dealer escalations, Agent emails, Promotional crediting, Rebate support, Access Card fulfillment, guiding dealers through Web-training of Dealer Website, canceling point-of-sale orders, outbound call support for projects, new dealer application escalations, and Dealer Website testing. Supplies forms required to resolve various issues and dealers with information regarding: Dealer website, promotions, commissions and account and access card disposition.QualificationsMust have a High School diploma or its equivalent; college degree preferred. Must have well developed telephone and "customer service" skills with experience in a high volume (100+ calls per day), dynamic business environment. Must have two or more years customer service experience. Must exhibit strong leadership skills either in team or project management. Must be detail oriented, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Must have strong understanding of PC applications and e-mail, including, but not limited to, MS Office, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to use a variety of systems including billing systems, RIO/Siebel escalations, Order Management Systems, Dealer Website, CSG, Dealer tracking system, Online Intranet. Proven strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and initiate solutions. Proven follow-up and organizational skills. Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms. Must have well-developed interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with others in a team environment and across organizational boundaries. Must exhibit professionalism and presentation skills with the ability to handle diverse dealer issues in a timely organized manner. Must be able to communicate clearly, in oral and written form. Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment and responsibilities. Must be able to work any shift within the department hours of operation, 7:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as Saturdays including overtime as required. Some Sunday hours will be required. Preferred qualification: Some "stand-up" or supervisory skills and background. No relocation benefits will be offered. Local candidates preferred at this time.
