As a Research Interviewer (call center representative), this position is responsible for placing telephone calls to computer-selected telephone numbers to identify households and enlist the household's cooperation to take part in a television survey during diary placement measurement cycles. This Position could also be responsible for placing calls to obtain data for completed client-specific studies. Principle Accountabilities of a Research Interviewer (call center representative): Enlists household's cooperation in keeping a TV diary for a seven-day period Persuades respondents/households to cooperate with a diary placement or specific client studies Accurate coding of respondent's answers Follows strict guidelines for obtaining consistently unbiased raw data Answer's respondent's questions about the company, diary procedures, etc. Practices good customer service techniques at all times Practices good telephone techniques at all times Places calls to telephone numbers in sample selected for client specific studies Maintains confidentiality of procedures, scripts and respondent information at all times Makes decisions regarding appropriate disposition of each telephone number handled Appropriately and accurately coding respondents answersQualificationsRequirements1-2 years of Call Center experienceExcellent reading skillsTelesales/Telemarketing a plusTyping experience Clear speaking voiceFluent in English and Spanish
