Manager, RM & QA

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Manager, RM & QA for the Corporate Projects department. Position will review all potential risks with key stakeholders. Document risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor identified risks and escalate appropriately. Work with QA managers to implement a QA program for all processes. Review performance and quality of production output against industry best practices. Work with Tower leads to ensure testing work plans and schedules have been created in accordance with plans. Assist leads in conducting tests for ‘go live ‘ readiness. Research improvement opportunities working with tower leads at WBEI. Work with WBEI Towers to develop BCP/DR strategies and supporting plans.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent). Previous strategic sourcing experience preferred. Exposure to continuous improvement (CI) related best practices. Worked in Quality Assurance Management processes. Familiarity with Risk Management concepts. Exposure towards directly or indirectly managing and administering SLAs. Demonstrated understanding of facility and personnel security fundamentals. Must have strong customer service skills with attention to detail. Must have strong analytical skills. Must have effective writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively. PC Skills: Medium to advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required – advanced skills strongly preferred. Knowledge of basic math, spelling grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary usage; as well as knowledge of report, letter, etc format. Fluency in business and technical English. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage large projects. Available to support special extended hours to support critical periods, such as the month end closing, etc. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone. Must be able to reason through issues and resolve problems and work well under time constraints. Must have excellent time management skills to perform in a fast-paced, high pressure, high volume environment. Must be a team player and be flexible. Must be a motivated, confident self-starter. Short-term travel (including overseas travel).
