Manager, Point of Sale

We have an immediate opening for a Point of Sale Manager who will be accountable for maximizing SNI subscriber growth and revenue in affiliate customer service centers in a defined territory. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Educate and motivate Affiliate’s Customer Contact Personnel (CCP) on product, sales, retention, new product introduction, launches and other identified System and Corporate opportunities. Create and implement motivational methods at point-of-sale to influence SNI sales such as incentive contests, sales days and in-system events. Implement SNI sales and marketing strategies/tactics at point-of-sale. Maximize the use and effectiveness of SNI campaigns, system packaging, PPV events, previews, incentives, national CCP contests, corporate training programs and other identified opportunities at point-of-sale. Ensure strong placement of SNI materials. Exercise sound judgment based on knowledge of account strategy and subscriber marketing expertise to make cost-effective recommendations that will increase SNI share of connect and retention activity. Manage all aspects of territory budgets (travel, incentive, premium, etc.) at or within established objectives. Cultivate relationships with system’s commercial sales teams. Utilize the tools provided by SNI as well as develop targeted programs that grow SNI’s bulk and commercial business.  Qualifications: Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) Excellent presentation skills Strong organization skills Self motivated Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Willingness to travel (at times, possibly up to 70%) Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum two years’ product training/account management experience Industry experience preferred Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceCBS Corporation offers a comprehensive benefits program designed to meet the different needs of the employees in a variety of circumstances.
