Manage the replicator supplying discs to licensees and assist in resolving supply issues as they arise. Assist in the analysis of the licensee business and help to identify opportunities in cost savings in supply lines. Develop as a key point of contact on various licensee issues. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:*Vendor manage chosen replicator across all regions to ensure efficient supply chain activities*Develop process to obtain and report licensee inventory levels *Be a key liaison with the EBSC to ensure licensee operational activity is understood and able to be managed properly within their financial environment*Answer questions to activity levels and other operational issues as they arise*Work closely with the Print procurement London based team to ensure the licensee's special packaging needs/volumes are understood met*Lead the communication with licensees on how they will obtain their special packaging quantities and assist in this distribution*Work to minimize costs with relation to the Licensees acquisition of these printed parts*Review and monitor supply chain process, from product inbound to statements from replicator to ensure our activities and strategy are implemented effectively*Reconcile the activity report from the replicator to ensure there is compliance to our reporting requirements and proper payments are received*Ensure that Senior Management is aware of any issues that may need resolutionQualifications:Basic qualifications:*A minimum of four years experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics environment or FMCG industry*A Production / Operations background with an understanding of manufacturing and distribution would be an advantageDesired skills:*Strong communication/interpersonal skills, PC literate with good Excel knowledge and the ability to be proactive, manage many projects, work under pressure to specified dead lines, and common sense are essentialEligibility requirements:* Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation* Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United StatesParamount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSalary/Benefits: > $75,000Job Location: Hollywood, CAJob Number: 5441Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
