Local Sales Systems Manager

CITY: New York STATE: New YorkCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):NBC Universal is looking for a Local Sales Systems Manager, located in New York, NY. The Local Sales System Manager is responsible for the TV Stations CRM, Proposal, Order Mgmt, Forecasting, and EDI Platforms - Daily Support & Program Execution. Local consists of approx 500 end users and the primary business champions include the President of Commercial Sales & SVP Sales Operations. Essential Responsibilities: Support mission critical high transactional systems - Donovan, MediaOcean, Matrix. Work very closely with all the vendors and monitor SLA. Manage application upgrades and system administration. Partner with business to identify & prioritize systems needs. Manage key projects - Design, develop, test, and deploy. Work with QA team to develop test cases, lead and perform user acceptance testing. Support or coordinate training of the existing users on the new system for the initial rollouts Key initiatives include - Proposal System Upgrade, Salesforce deployment, ePort Deployment Lead all SOX, and DR testing as neededQualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications:BS degree in Computer Science or a minimum 8 years work experience.3+ years experience supporting systems with exposure to high transactional, mission critical systems3+ years systems project management and software release methodologies.Local Media Sales ExperienceEligibility Requirements:Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through nbcunicareers.com to be considered (note job#: 47203).
