Licensing Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: Responsible for the effective management and growth of the Health & Beauty Aids, Packaged Goods, Gifts and Seasonal categories including the development and marketing of quality product, identifying new licensing opportunities, negotiating agreements, managing the budget, analyzing the business and staying apprised of competitive and marketplace trends.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

1.  Excellent oral and written skills

3.  Bachelors degree

4.  5+ years of industry related management experience in retail, manufacturing or licensing

5.  Experience in the gift and seasonal business
