We currently have the following opportunity available in our New York office.Job duties:We are looking for a motivated intern interested in contributing to a variety of hands-on projects, including but not limited to: research and benchmarking careers sites, new marketing & brand awareness initiatives, viral marketing trends, social networking technologies and much more!Some of the projects you will have the opportunity work on in various areas include but are not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:Marketing Assist in design of marketing materials as demanded by our clients. Recent projects include recruiting postcards, movie theater ads, job fair banners and employee give-aways.Research and Benchmarking Benchmark the latest technologies and recruiting trends in the world of blogs, podcasts, RSS feeds, video job postings/resumes and social networking sitesA portion of your internship will entail a personal "pet" research project. This project must relate to a current recruiting or social networking trend in the world today. At the close of your internship, you will present your project findings and conclusions to the team. Job requirements:We are looking for the following qualifications: Real Team Players (Do you have what it takes to quickly assimilate and contribute to a highly functioning team?)Well-rounded, knowledgeable, hard-working, and have a sense of humor (Are you worldly, can you give Cliff Claven a run for his money, and are you ready to roll your sleeves up and learn?) Individuals who bring their experience, ideas, and goals to the table and make everyday, every situation - a positive one (Timid and shy need not apply, can you hold your own and clearly express yourself to a group?)Interested in learning about the full life cycle of creating web-based applications and websites (Project management at it's best) Has a general understanding of how a website is put together using technology such as HTML, images, PDF, etc. (Have you ever created your own web-page or website?)Individuals who like to have fun (Being a little light-hearted never hurt anyone; we all enjoy a laugh on the odd occasion, thank god that is every day in our group. Key word: Project Management) We are looking for individuals who can commit to our group for at least 1 semester, learn, and potentially grow with us.
