CBS Radio Denver is the home of Mix 100 with the Dom & Jane morning show, the new KOOL 105 with the Jonathan and Tracy morning showgram and 92.5 “the Wolf” with Jesse & Shotgun in the morning! CBS Radio produces many other local streaming and HD radio stations as well, all with dedicated web sites. We continue to expand our online presence and are looking for a highly motivated, energetic Internet Sales Manager to achieve aggressive online revenue goals. A unique opportunity to help build online sales revenues and be a part of a progressive radio advertising sales team. The ideal candidate must have an innovative approach to client development and an understanding of how companies are using the internet to market their business. You must have a drive to win and a passion for radio. Additional responsibilities include: Develop comprehensive plans to identify and consistently close on qualified sales leads Developing, managing and motivating existing and new partner and reseller relationships Understanding, organizing and packaging station’s online assets· Working with radio sales staff to sell integrated online packages· Prepare promotional plans, sales literature and advertising proposals· Attend sales and department meetings and present at client meetings Requirements: Sales/ sales management experience in the area of online media, including internet ad sales, streaming media and online marketing Experience working with radio stations or other media is preferred· Experience with streaming media technology is required; must be familiar with Windows Media, Real or QuickTime, and Flash· Established media contacts at advertising agencies and within client organizations, in one or more industries (e.g. financial, insurance, technology, automotive, etc.) · Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with ability to develop polished sales presentations· Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills· Knowledge of pod-casting and pre-rolls a plus · Must have valid drivers license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance A division of CBS Corporation, CBS RADIO operates 147 radio stations, the majority of which are in the nation's top 50 markets.
