INTERACTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Global Online Media Giant requires an experienced Interactive Creative Director for an exciting product development effort.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the design team
* Oversee product design across all interactive platforms: design, look and feel, style guides, and production values across all of Crackle's products and services.
* Champion quality, standards and management of Crackle's brand
* Drive business objectives and priorities within your team
* Support content/editorial needs by directing the design and production of media elements (graphic elements, animation, sounds, video elements).
* Oversee production of all design and artwork to maintain an aggressive product development schedule
* Work with Product Marketing and Engineering on processes, pathways, and requirement docs.
* Work with Marketing and oversee development of creative materials for marketing collateral, promotional material, sales support materials, and advertising
* Interface with external agencies

Requirements:

* Minimum of 8 years experience in full time design positions at top brand-name companies / clients
* 5+ years managing design teams, preferably at consumer-facing online companies
* 2+ years in a startup environment
* Proven ability to build and lead teams, command respect throughout an organization
* Track record of delivering on business objectives and metrics
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Expertise in online user interface design is a plus
* BA/BS degree required
