Responsibilities to include but not limited to:The Human Resources Coordinator will report directly to the Director or Vice President of Human Resources. This position serves as a liaison between payroll, benefits, the Center of Excellence (COE), and the Work Life department The person will assist in supporting employees from a generalist perspective Process all Oracle workflow forms for Burbank West Coast TOPS, and West Coast Media Distribution employees Responsible for on-boarding new employees (Oracle, set up outlook account, add to all relevant HR DLs, request Oracle and WEBI access, and register for NHO) Working directly employees to resolve pay, time & attendance, benefits issues, and other questions; work to triage issues before raising them to the assigned HRM Primary liaison with several HR departments, including payroll and benefits in order to manage and resolve issues Preparing separation and retirement packages as needed, ensuring legal compliance as well as compliance with all applicable collective bargaining agreements Provide daily administrative support for Director of HR and HR team HR Contact for corporate HR inquiries, HR systems inquiries, processes and overall NBCU/GE systems/policies Participating in and supporting key HR initiatives, to include Session C, performance reviews (EMS), compensation planning Responsible for staffing process including posting open positions, coordinating and scheduling interviews Generate monthly reports on various data as needed Work on special projects or other duties as may be assignedQualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications: BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree Minimum of 1 year professional experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role Proficient work experience with HR Information Systems

Strong employee-relations skills; must be approachable and able to earn trust and credibility with employees in the organization Demonstrates confidence in their knowledge and abilities Able to deal effectively with conflict and manage difficult employee relations situations HRIS savvy: previous experience on various HR systems, preferred experience with Oracle HR; able to quickly learn new systems Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a deadline-oriented environment Self Starter, able to work independently and seek out answers/resources on own Demonstrates ownership; able to establish self as a 'go-to' HR resource for the team and employees Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
