HR Generalist, HR-CNN

We are seeking a HR Generalist  to help drive the success of some of the leading networks in the entertainment industry by providing value added financial information to business leaders. We seek to get the right information to the right people at the right time. This position offers:

This position is responsible for delivering HR services to employees. Implements human resources policies, programs and practices, which may include staffing, compensation, training, employee relations and performance management. May be responsible for communicating and informing the business of HR initiatives, project managing efforts, and ensuring programs are aligned with the culture of the business unit. Stays abreast of business unit performance and issues. Works closely with entry and mid-level employees to develop individual goals and development plans. Partners with senior HR management to facilitate CMR administration. Partners with the PDC to develop and facilitate various learning and development initiatives for employees. Counsels employees on internal and external training alternatives for their professional development and growth.



Qualifications:

 

At least five years related experience as a human resources professional to include responsibility for or exposure to employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, and policy input or development. Business related experience outside of HR desirable. Prior experience working with and influencing clients in a corporate environment desirable. Experience in Broadcasting/Entertainment industry a plus. PHR certification a plus. Bachelor's degree required (degrees in Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resources a plus).  Please apply online to:
