HOUSE MANAGER

HOUSE MANAGER – MIAMI, FLORIDA RESIDENCE

Media mogul is searching for a House Manager to manage a residence size of 16,000 square feet on 1.2 acres of land in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time position for a well organized, detail oriented, and a self-motivated problem solver.  This job requires an individual with either hospitality management or residential estate management background.  Individual should be skilled in the management of staff and have experience in the upkeep of residential properties of the highest quality.  This is amazing opportunity for a smart, creative and tenacious individual. 

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for all management aspects of the residence including ensuring the proper maintenance of the life safety systems, elevator, A/V system, pool, plumbing, HVAC and other systems. Also you will be responsible to submit monthly and annual reports to owner, coordinating vendors and supervising maintenance staff, creating manuals, systems, event planning and hiring a good staff. Individual should have some experience in event planning.  This is a high pressure position that requires a flexible schedule and a strong work ethic along with the ability to juggle a multitude of high priority tasks. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

·          Professional manner and image;

·         Ability to take initiative to protect maintain and secure the property with a proactive attitude;

·         Event planning experience;

·         Excellent management and communications skills;

·         High end residential experience and/or hospitality management experience;

·         Expertise and be able to create schedules for daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance;

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word applications is preferable;

·         Bilingual preferred;

·         Legally able to work in the US.
