CONTENT & SCHEDULING ADMINISTRATOR - FREELANCEPOSITION SUMMARYResponsible for day-to-day coordination of the division’s most important asset, the Programming Catalog as well as logistical support of the division’s needs and goals in terms of programming strategies, scheduling, and program sales.PRIMARY DUTIES• Daily Maintenance of the AETN International Content Catalogs (affiliate, short-form and sales)• Creating and maintaining monthly schedules for channel partner in Turkey• Gather and ensure that all channel partner programming grids are up-to- date• Monthly inventory reporting of channel partner program orders• Expedite special programming requests from sales/channel partner staff and clients• Support, Programming VP and Director on special projects• Programming support for International Marketing/PR/Web/Digital Media groupsREQUIREMENTSCollege degree required. History or International major desired. Two to three years programming/scheduling experience is essential. Strong organization and communication(oral & written) skills. Solid Word and Excel skills.
