Candidate will be a seasoned management professional comfortable in presenting to, challenging and working with senior executives. Actively drives the development of new communications and reporting methods, procedures, processes or systems, and manages the impact of these changes. Proposes and defines solutions and standards which may impact a team or the organization, and leads complex functions and/or projects based on experience and knowledge, and may have responsibility for decisions that may affect these functions/projects. Is responsible for collaborating on executive decisions impacting Field Operations strategy. The position combines a matrix of responsibilities ranging from planning and executing high level communications and change initiatives. This requires both organizational knowledge and broad experience leading complex operational and cultural change efforts in large organizations. Collaborates with Corporate and Client Communications to ensure consistent and accurate messaging. Makes recommendations to executive management based on research.Manages specific cross-functional change and communications initiatives to successful completion Participates as a member of functional leadership teams to drive messaging based on business strategy. Develops and delivers communications and marketing strategies and plans for Field Operations initiatives, recommending appropriate media, audience, messaging and timing. Providing input into the decision-making process for communication strategies and communication plans for complex projects. Provides communications expertise in support of strategic FO activities, including the development of communications and change strategies; planning and developing key presentations; advising on and developing stakeholder management plans, etc. Provides strategic subject matter expertise to key stakeholders and author/edits communications regarding new FO initiatives, key FO deployments/updates, and other topics, as well as recommends appropriate media, audience, messaging and timing. Responsible for communications and editorial decisions for executive level communicationsDevelops new governance, knowledge, organizational change management and communications processes where there is a business need; evaluates existing processes for effectiveness, maintains process efficiency, and implements process changes as necessary. Develops, facilitates agreement to, and implements a forward-looking Field Operations Knowledge strategy, working with the Director of Field Training and Information Support and Senior Human Resources leaders.Develops and maintains a consistent knowledge base for FO language and the resulting deliverables to support leadership's ability to speak with one voice. Plans FO webcasts and assists in the planning of town hall meetings as necessary. Provides active support for the management, execution, and improvement of Field OperationsQualifications- Certification in organizational change management and at least five years of experience in directing communications, organizational development, change management or related functional area.- Demonstrated expertise in a variety of organizational change management and communications concepts, practices, and procedures. - Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.- Three years experience in developing executive level communications
