Executive Assistant

CITY: Universal City STATE: CaliforniaCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):This position will support the President NBCU Television Studio.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Communicate information for Studio President to executives and coordinatorsManage department personnel and office organizationfacilitate the NBC Page programs involvement with departmentCoordinate studio personnel meetings and events Manage speaking engagements, publicity events and functions of Studio PresidentBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external contactsDistribute dailies, call sheets, script revisions, etc.Maintain submission log Coordinate pitch meetings, note calls and all meetings ; maintain files and status reportsSort and log high volume of mail and follow-up where necessaryScreen and log calls in an extremely heavy telephone environment and respond directly to inquiriesProcess and track T&E expensesGeneral administrative duties in a fast paced environment, duties to include: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying and faxing, filing, planning travel arrangements and managing calendars for executivesQualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:At least 3 years administrative background required to handle typing, distribution, and problem solving in a fast-paced office environmentAt least 2 years experience working with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Bachelor's Degree or 3 years equivalent experience
