Entertainment Coordinator

CITY: Universal City STATE: CaliforniaCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):This position will support the SVP Comedy Development for NBC Universal Network

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Assist in communication with the creative community on a daily basisDistribute dailies, call sheets script revisionsMaintain submission log & return materials when appropriateCoordinate meetings; maintain files and status reports for all aspects of productionGeneral administrative duties include: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ones, copying and faxing, filing, and planning all travel arrangements for executivesCover for other department assistants as neededQualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:At least 3 years administrative background required to handle typing, distribution, and problem solving in a fast-paced office environmentAt least 1 year experience demonstrating knowledge of and familiarity of dealing with external creative community At least 1 year previous experience working in TV developmentAt least 2 years experience working with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)Bachelor's Degree of 3 years equivalent experience
